On motion of Mr. Robinson,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
Means to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal sec-
tions 102, 113 and 114, of the Code of. Public General
Laws, title 'Revenue and Taxes, ' sub-tit]e 'Collateral
Inheritance Tax, ' and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments. "

On motion of Mr. Close,

Leave was granted to the Allegany county delegation
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to add a new section
to chapter 179, of the Acts of 1898, of the Public Local
Laws of Maryland, entitled 'Allegany County, ' sub-title
'County Tax Collectors. "

On motion of Mr. Smith,

Leave was granted to the Queen Anne's county dele-
gation to introduce a bill entitled "An Act authorizing
the County Commissioners of Queen Anne's county to
appoint an additional constable for the seventh election
district of said county. "

On motion of Mr. Walsh,

Leave was granted to the Carroll county delegation to
introduce a bill entitled ''An Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Carroll county to issue bonds to liqui-
date the indebtedness of the School Commissioners of
said county. "

On motion of Mr. Biggs,

Leave was granted to the Washington county delega-
tion to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to authorize and
empower the Burgess and Commissioners of Boonsboro',
Washington county, State of Maryland, to borrow money
on the credit of said town, for the purpose of construct-
ing or purchasing and operating water works in or near
said town, and to issue bonds for the payment of the
cost of the same, and to levy a tax on the assessable
property of said town to redeem said bonds, and to pay
the interest thereon. "
