On motion of Mr. Finzel,
Leave was granted to the Garrett county delegation
and to Mr. Wolfe, to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to
repeal section 6, of Article 12, of the Code of Public
Local Laws of the State of Maryland, title 'Garrett
County, ' sub-title 'Intoxicating Drinks, ' as enacted by the
laws of 1890, chapter 610, and to re-enact the same with
amendments. "
On motion of Mr. Sanford,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 321
to 388, inclusive, of the Code of Public General Laws,
title 'Crimes and Punishments, ' sub-title 'House of Good
Shepherd for Colored Girls, ' 'House of Reformation, '
'House of Refuge—Female, ' 'Industrial Home for Colored
Girls, ' 'St. Mary's Industrial School for Boys, ' and to re-
enact certain provisions in lieu thereof. "
On motion of Mr. Satterfield,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 232,
of the Code of Public General Laws, title 'Crimes and
Punishment, ' sub-title 'Rape. ' and re-enact the same with
amendments. "
On motion of Mr. Graeff,
Leave was granted to the Allegany county delegation
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to create three new
election districts in Allegany county. "
On motion of Mr. Wilson,
Leave was granted to the Garrett county delegation
and to Mr. Wolfe, to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to
prohibit the sale of intoxicating1 liquors in District 13,
within three miles of Kitzmillersville, Garrett county,
Maryland. "
On motion of Mr. Real,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to give sanction of the
Legislature to the gifts, devises and bequests to divers
charitable and religious institutions named in the last
will and testament of Louis Dode, late of Baltimore city,
deceased, subject to the conditions and limitations, and
for the purposes in said will mentioned; and to prevent
