folio 130, etc., one of the incorporation records of Balti-
more county, and also an amended incorporation under
the general provision of the 26th Article 'of the Code by
said Court, by which amendment said corporate name
was changed to Mt. St. Joseph's College, of Baltimore
county, and which is also on record in the clerk's office of
said Court, of date June 9, 1881, and recorded in Liber
J. B., No. 1, folio 207, etc., one of the incorporation
records of Baltimore county. "

ment to the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland,
containing the General Laws passed at the sessions of
the General Assembly of 1890, 1892, 1894, 1896 and 1898,
as codified, printed and published by John Prentiss Poe,
and to make the same evidence in the Courts of this
State, and before all the Justices of the Peace of this
State, and all public officials of this State. "

Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 61 of
Art. 77, of the Code of Public General Laws of the State
of Maryland, title 'Public Education, ' as re-enacted "by
chapter 135 of the Acts of the Assembly of the State] of
Maryland, at the session of 1896, and to re-enact said
section so as to read as follows. "
