On motion of Mr. Robinson,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the
Baltimore Bonding and Trust Company. "

On motion of Mr. Latrobe,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to confirm and en-
large the powers and authority of the Municipal Art
Society of Baltimore city, a corporation duly incorporated
under the provisions of the Code of Public General Laws
of Maryland. "

On motion of Mr. Lancaster,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Chesapeake
Bay and Its Tributaries to introduce a bill entitled "An
Act to add a new section to Article 72, of the Code of
Public General Laws, title ' Oysters, ' to follow section
46, and to be numbered ' Section 46 A, ' providing for
the protection of oyster lots. "

On motion of Mr. Lakin,

Leave was granted to the Baltimore city delegation to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to prohibit the granting
of license for the sale of spirituous or fermented liquors
or lager beer in any part of the district of Baltimore
city bounded by Twentieth St., Oak St., Huntington Ave.
and Calvert St. "

On motion of Mr. Radcliffe,

Leave was granted to the Allegany county delegation
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to add two new sec-
tions, to be designated as "157 A and 157 B, ', to the Code
of Public Local Laws, title 'Allegany County, ' sub-title
'Frostburg. '"

Also,

Leave was granted to the Allegany county delegation
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to regulate the sala-
ries of the Mayor, Councilmen and fees in criminal cases
of the town of Frostburg. "

introduce a bill entitled "An Act to make assessments
