section to Article 27, of the Code of Public General
Laws, entitled 'Crimes and Punishments, ' to come in
after section 208, sub-title 'Minors, care and protection
of, ' and to be known as 'Section 208 A. '"
On motion of Mr. Brown, of Baltimore city,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Chesapeake
Bay and Its Tributaries to introduce a bill entitled "An
Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments, sections 1
and 14, and to repeal altogether section 67 A, of Article
72, of the Code of Public General Laws, title 'Oysters, '
as said sections were enacted by chapter 380, of the Acts
of 1894. "
Also,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Chesapeake
Bay and Its Tributaries to introduce a bill entitled "An
Act to repeal section 19, of chapter 380, of the Acts of
the General Assembly of Maryland, session 1894, Article
72, of the Code of Public General Laws, title 'Oysters, '
and to re-enact the same, so as to read as follows:

Leave was granted to the Frederick county delegation
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to limit the sessions
of the Grand Jury in Frederick county. "
On motion of Mr. Scrimger,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to declare the sanction
and consent of the General Assembly of Maryland to
sundry deeds and conveyances made by various persons
to the John Wesley Methodist Episcopal Church, of Bal-
timore city. "

introduce a bill entitled "An Act to add a new section to
