Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to limit Grand Jury of
Frederick city. "

On motion of Mr. Long,

Leave was granted to the Washington county delega-
tion to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal sec-
tions 125, 126 and 127, of Article 22, of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title 'Washington County, ' sub-title
'Fences. ' "

Or, motion of Mr. King,

"Leave was granted to the St. Mary's county delegation
and Mr. Anderson, of Wor., to introduce a bill entitled
"An Act to divide the Third (3) Election District of St.
Mary's county into two precincts, to be known as 'Pre-
cincts Nos. 1 and 2. ' "

On motion of Mr. Staley (by request),

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to regulate religious
liberty. "

On motion of Mr. Contee,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
Means to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to appropriate
a sum of money for the Laurel High School in Prince
George's county.

Also,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact
section. 14, of Article 56, of the Code of Public General
Laws, sub-title 'Real Estate. ' "

On motion of Mr Merrick,

Leave was granted to the Prince George's county dele-
gation to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to provide for
transcribing and making a general index of marriage
records in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court for
Prince George's county, Maryland. "
