of any other money appropriated by any Act of Assem-
bly for the printing of the session of 1900; and the Comp-
troller is hereby authorized and directed to pay said sum
or sums of money out of the money appropriated
in the manner above mentioned, to the said William
J. C. Dulany Company, or an order, or orders issued
by the Chairman of the Committee on Printing of
the House of Delegates, January session, 1900, and the
said order shall be issued by the said Chairman of the
Printing Committee aforesaid, on the presentation by
the said Wm. T. Dulany Company to him of a certificate
from the State Librarian that the said copies of the
Manuel so ordered have been delivered to the State
Library.

The said State Librarian shall receive said fifteen hun-
dred copies in each and every year, and shall, on each
delivery in each year, issue to the said Wm. J. C. Dulany
Company, the certificate of the delivery of the same, and
the said State Librarian shall thereupon distribute the
Manual according to the terms of this order.

LEAVES TO INTRODUCE BILLS.
On motion of Mr. Waller,

Leave was granted to the Wicomico delegation to in-
troduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 73, of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title 'Wicom-
ico county, ' sub-title 'Liquor and Intoxicating Drinks, as
enacted by chapter 136, of the Acts of Assembly of 1896,
and to re-enact the same with amendments. "

On motion of Mr. Walsh,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
means, to introduce a bill entitled "An Act for the relief
of the New Windsor College Company of Carroll county,
by appropriating a sum of money therefor. '. '

On motion of Mr. Latrobe,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
Means to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to refund to
John S. Berry, executor, a certain sum of money errone-
