Acts amendatory thereto, as well as to repeal certain
specified Acts and Code provisions relating to crime and
punishment deemed inconsistent with or covered by the
provisions of this Act, and to re-enact said Article with
amendments.

to be appointed.

On motion of Mr. Robinson,

Leave was granted to introduce a bill entitled "An Act
to repeal section 127, of Article 93, of the Code of Public
General Laws entitled "Testamentary Law" sub-title
"Distributor, " and re-enact the same with amendments

Referred to the Judiciary Committee, hereafter to be
appointed.

On motion of Mr. Latrobe,

Leave was granted to introduce a bill to provide for
the proper burial of any indigent soldier and sailor or
marine who shall have served in the Army and Navy of
the United States in any war in which it has been en-
gaged, and honorably discharged therefrom, and who
shall hereafter die in this State.

Referred to Committee on Ways and Means to be
hereafter appointed.

On motion of Mr. Sanford,

Leave was granted to introduce a bill entitled an Act
to repeal and re-enact section 37 of Article 26, of the
Code of Public General Laws, title "Courts, " sub-title
" Circuit Courts for the Counties. "

Referred to the Committee on Judiciary, to be here-
after appointed.

Also,

Leave was granted to introduce a bill entitled an Act
to define the powers and authority of juvenile institu-
tions and societies.

Referred to the Committee on the Judiciary, to be
hereafter appointed.

On motion of Mr. Scrimger,

Leave was granted to introduce a bill entitled "An Act
to make valid powers of attorney made by married wo-
men. "
