REPORT:

The Committee on Hygiene hereby reports, that in
pursuance to an order of this House, passed January
24th ulto., 1900, directing said Committee to investigate
and report upon the sanitary condition of this "Hall" by
February 1st inst

They have carefully examined the "Mythical" machine
referred to by the gentleman of Baltimore city in his
order of above date—and which machine formerly used
