eral Laws, title 'Interest and Usury, ' to be known as
'Section 7, ' of said Article, and to provide for the pre-
vention of Usury and Extortion on the part of certain
concerns or individuals doing business as chattel mort-
gagees or money lenders in the State of Maryland. "

The Secretary of the Senate appeared and delivered
the following message:

tion to Article 23, of the Code of Public General Laws of
Maryland, entitled 'Elections, ' said section to follow sec-
tion 83 of said Article, to be designated 'Section 83 A. ' "
