Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to change the name
of the German Reformed Congregation in Baltimore
town, a body corporate, to the 'First Reformed Church
of Baltimore city. '"
On motion of Mr. Scrimger,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments Article 9, section 46, of the Code of
Public General Laws, title 'Attachments—Claimant of
Property. '"
On motion of Mr. Knott,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 201,
202, 303, 204, 205 and 206, of Article 27, of the Code of
Public General Laws, entitled ' Crimes and Punishments, '
sub-title ' Mineral Waters, Porter and other Beverages, '
as repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, by chap-
ter 262, of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land, of 1892, and to add to said title and sub-title three
new sections, one to immediately follow section 205, and
to be known as '205 A, ' and the other two to immediately
follow section 206, and to be known respectively as
Section 206 A, ' and 'Section 206 B. '"
On motion of Mr. Latrobe,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
Means to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to appropriate
the sum of $50, 000 to the Hospital for Consumptives of
Baltimore city. "
On motion of Mr. Collins,
Leave was granted to the Talbot county delegation to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to provide for the ap-
pointment of an Attorney to the County Commissioners
of Talbot county. "
