Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact,
with amendments, sections 4 and 6, of chapter 491, of
the Acts of 1898, entitled an Act to regulate horseshoeing
in the city of Baltimore, and 12th district of Baltimore
county. "
On motion of Mr. Mackie,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Hygiene to in-
troduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact,
with amendments, sections 39, 40, 41, 42, 45, 52 and 61,
of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled 'Health, '
sub-title 'Practitioners of Medicine, ' to repeal altogether
sections 49, 51 and 62, of said Article, and to add addi-
tional sections thereto, to be designated as 'Sections 40 A,
61 A and 64. ' "
On motion of Mr. Curtis,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to prevent the commis-
sion of larceny by children and minors in the city of Bal-
timore. "
On motion of Mr. Merrick,
Leave was granted to the Prince George's delegation
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 101
and 103 of Article 17, of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland, title 'Prince George's County, ' sub-title
'County Commissioners, ' as amended by the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, passed in the year 1898,
chapter 222, and re-enact the said sections hereby re-
pealed with amendments. "

to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the
Princess Anne and Deals' Island Light and Power Com-
