LEAVES TO INTRODUCE BILLS.
On motion of Mr. Pattison,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
Means to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to provide for
the annual compilation and publication of a manual of
the State of Maryland. "
On motion of Mr. Perkins,
Leave was granted to the Prince George's county dele-
gation, to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to establish a
new election district in Prince George's county, Mary-
land, by dividing District No. 2, or 'Bladensburg Elec-
tion District, ' the resulting district to be known as
'Hyattsville and Bladensburg Election Districts, ' respec-
tively; 'Hyattsville Election District, ' to be known as and
called 'No. 16, ' and the other as 'Bladensburg District or
District No. 2. "
On motion of Mr. Hopkins,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Agriculture,
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to create the office of
the State Dairy Commissioner, define his duties and pro-
vide for the execution of the same, to follow section 50,
of Article 17, Public General Laws, and to be designated
as 'Sections 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 58 and 59. ' "
