Railway Company, of Cecil county, the sum of $58, 000
which, by the Act of General Assembly of Maryland of
1894, chapter 85, was appropriated and transferred to
the Elkton and Middletown Railroad Company, of Cecil
county, and the Elkton and Southern Railroad Company,
in certain contingencies. "

On motion of Mr. Robinson,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to add two additional
sections to Article 93, of the Code of Public General
Laws, entitled ' Testamentary Law, ' to provide for pay-
ment of decedents' wages without administration, and be
arranged under the head ' Administration, ' in said
Article. "

On motion of Mr. Long,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to declare the sanction
of the General Assembly of Maryland, to the bequests
and devises contained in the last will and testament of
Bridget Rogers, deceased, late of Washington county, to
Reinhold J. Halm, in trust for St. Mary's Catholic
Church, at Hagerstown, Md. "

Also,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to sanction a bequest to
the Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church of Williamsport,
Maryland, contained in the last will and testament of
Eliza Hetzer, late of Washington county. "

Also,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to sanction a bequest
to the German Baptist Church, of Hagerstown, Maryland,
contained in the last will and testament of Wm. James,
late of Washington county. "

Also,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to sanction the bequest
to the Trustees of the Menonite Church, of Ringgold,
Washington county, Maryland, contained in the last will
and testament of Barbara Alice Welty, late of Washing-
ton county. "
