Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to add two additional
sections to Article 93, of the Code of Public General
Laws, entitled ' Testamentary Law, ' to provide for pay-
ment of decedents' wages without administration, and be
arranged under the head ' Administration, ' in said
Article. "

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to declare the sanction
of the General Assembly of Maryland, to the bequests
and devises contained in the last will and testament of
Bridget Rogers, deceased, late of Washington county, to
Reinhold J. Halm, in trust for St. Mary's Catholic
Church, at Hagerstown, Md. "
