introduce a bill entitled "An Act to sanction a bequest to
the Brethren Church, of Washington county, Md., con-
tained in the last will and testament of William James,
late of Washington county. "
On motion of Mr. Mencke,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 248, of
Article 27, of the Public General Laws of Maryland, re-
lating to the Sabbath breaking, and to re-enact the same
with amendments. "
On motion of Mr. Gibson,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Chesapeake
Bay and its Tributaries to introduce a bill entitled "An
Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments section 81,
of Article 5, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
'Calvert County, ' sub-title 'Fish. ' "

Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
Means, to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal sec-
tion 124, of Article 81, of the Code of Public General
Laws, vol. 2, as the same was repealed and re-enacted by
chapter 564 of the Acts passed at the January Session
1892, and to re-enact the same with amendments. "
