On motion of Mr. Merrick,

Leave was granted to the Prince George's county dele-
gation to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal and
re-enact with amendments section 179, of Article 17, of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title 'Prince
George's County, ' sub-title 'Jurors, ' as amended by the
Acts of 1898, chapter 433. "

On motion of Mr. Latrobe,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
Means to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to establish,
equip and maintain a State Normal School for the pro-
fessional training of colored teachers. "
On motion of Mr. Knott,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to authorize and em-
power the Druid Ridge Cemetery, of Baltimore county,
to purchase, hold or use for the purpose of burial, two
hundred acres of land in said county, and to perpetuate
its charter. "

On motion of Mr. Keys,

Leave was granted to the Cecil county delegation, to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to add an additional
section to be known as 'Section 156 C, ' to Article 8, of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title 'Cecil
County, ' sub-title 'Fences, ' as amended by chapter 301,
of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed
at the Session of 1890. "

On motion of Mr. Garner,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Inspections,
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments, sections 9, 10, 11 and 14, of Article 44
of the Code of Public General Laws, title 'Inspectors, '
sub-title 'Tobacco, ' as said sections were repealed and re-
enacted by chapter 314, of the Acts of 1898. "
