tested election case of Pattison vs. Andrews, performed

Ordered, That Mr. Wolfe be excused from to-day's ses-
sion on account of important business.

On motion of Mr. Dryden, it was

Ordered, That the pages of this House keep the files
of the House fixed up daily for the members

On motion of Mr. Jeffers, it was

Ordered, That Mr. Choate be excused from attending
to-day's session on account of sickness.

On motion of Mr. Anderson, of Wor., it was

Ordered, That Mr. Truitt, of Worcester, be excused
from this session on account of sickness.

On motion of Mr. Proctor, it was

Ordered, That the Committee on Public Buildings be
excused from attendance at all sessions during the re-
mainder of this week for the purpose of continuing in-
spection of Public Buildings.

On motion of Mr. Wolfinger, it was

Ordered, That all bills affecting Washington county
of a local or general nature after being referred to the
committee be printed, and copies of the same be placed
upon the desks of the Washington county delegation.
