Mr. Duncan, from Committee on Temperance, reported
unfavorably,

House hill entitled "An Act to regulate the sale of
Liquors in Frederick county. "

Mr. Lakin moved to substitute the bill for the unfavor-
able report.

Mr. King, from Committee on Elections, reported un-
favorably,

House bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 146 and
149 of Article 33 of the Code of Public General Laws of
Maryland, entitled 'Elections' sub-title 'Congressional
Districts, ' as the same were amended and re-enacted by
the Act of 1898, chapter 388, and to re-enact the same
with amendments. "
