Mr. Lehmayer, from the Judiciary Committee, reported
favorably,

Senate bill entitled "An Act to add a new section to
Article 35, of the Maryland Code of Public General Laws,
entitled 'Evidence, ' to follow after section 35 of said
Article, under sub-title 'Proof of Consideration, ' and to
be known as 'Section 35 A. '"

Which was read a second time.

Mr. Knott, from Committee on Corporations, reported
favorably, with proposed amendments.

House bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the Balti-
more County and City Railway Company. "

Amend the title by inserting after the word "Rail-
way" the words "Electric Light and Improvement. "
