AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.
By the Judiciary Committee,

In line 13, in section 67, after the word "dollars, " add
the words "and not more than twenty-five dollars. "

In line 16 after the word "Act, " add the words "pro-
vided that this Act shall not apply to Baltimore city. "

House bill entitled "An Act to prohibit the sale of
spirituous or fermented liquor and lager beer within one
mile of any public school in Election District No. 12,
Precinct No. 1, in Frederick county, Maryland. "
