Leave was granted to the Committee on Education to
introduce a bill entitled "A Act to repeal section 21, of
Article 77, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
'Public Education, ' sub-title 'School Commissioners, ' and
to re-enact the same with amendments. "
On motion of Mr. Collins,
Leave was granted to the Talbot county delegation to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to add additional sec-
tions to Article 21, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title 'Talbot County, ' sub-title 'Justices of the Peace and
Constables, ' and to be designated as 'Sections 117 A, 117
B, 117 C, 117 D, 117 E, 117 F, 117 G, 117 H, 117 I. ' "
On motion of Mr. Martenet,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 232
F, of Article 23, of the Code of Public General Laws,
title 'Corporations, ' sub-title 'Telegraph Companies, ' re-
lating to contracts with telegraph companies, as the
same was enacted by the Act of 1884, chapter 207. "
On motion of Mr. Martenet,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-en-
act with amendments sections 232 A and 232 C, of Arti-
cle 23, of the Code of Public General Laws, title ' Corpo-
rations, ' sub-title ' Telegraph Companies, ' and relating to
charges for telephone service, and the construction of
telephones as the same were enacted by chapter 387, of
the Acts of the General Assembly, passed January ses-
sion, 1892. "
