tion, any particular ticket or candidate, may entitle them-
selves to be represented among the judges and clerks, at
each polling place at which such ticket or candidate may
have the right to be voted for, in the manner following,
viz: They may file a certificate with the Board of Super-
visors of Elections not less than 15 days before the date
fixed for such primary elections; such certificate shall be
substantially in the following form:

"To the Board of Supervisors of ———— county or city
————, we the undersigned, each of us registered voters
in the ward and precinct, or district and precinct, below
written opposite our respective names, do hereby certify,
that the coming primary election of the ———— political
party, we do intend to support for the office of (here
specify the office) or as delegate to (here specify the con-
vention) here give the name or names of such candidates
for office or for delegates to such convention as the case
may be) and that we desire to be represented at each
polling place in the county of ————, or district of————,
or ward of ————, at such primary election by a judge
or clerk of our own selection.

"Wo do further certify, That we, and each of ns, are
members of the said political party at whose primary
election the above-named persons are to be candidates,
and after the next general registration in said city or in
the county in which such certificate is filed, we. and each
of us, are recorded on the registries of the precincts in
which we are respectively registered us affiliated with
the said political party at whose primary election the
above named persons are to be candidates, and that
we do hereby designate, here name one or more persons,
not exceeding five, as our representatives to act for us in
selecting the judges and clerks to represent us at such
primary election.

"Wo do further certify, that no one of us has signed
any other certificate requesting the appointment of
judges and clerks for said primary election. The said
certificate, if it shall request representation at each poll-
ing place of the city of Baltimore, or of an entire Con-
gressional district shall be signed by not less than three
hundred voters: if it shall request representation at the
polls of an entire county or Legislative district of Balti-
more city, it shall be signed by not less than one hun-
