Article 87, of the Code of Public General Laws of Mary-
land, title 'Sheriff, ' sub-title 'Oath of Office and Bond, '
so far as the same applies to Charles and Prince George's
counties. "
On motion of Mr. Pattison,
Leave was granted to the Talbot and Dorchester county
delegations to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal
sub-section 2, of chapter 224, of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland, as passed at the January session
of 1896, and to re-enact the same with amendments, so as
to prohibit the catching of crabs with scoop, scrapes,
drags, dredges or similar instruments, above a certain
line in the waters of Fishing Bay, and to provide a pen-
alty therefor, by adding a new section. "
Also,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Chesapeake
Bay and Its Tributaries to introduce a bill entitled "An
Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments sections 253,
254, 255 and 256 of Article 10 of the Code of Public Lo-
cal Laws, title 'Dorchester County, ' sub-title 'Oysters, ' as
said sections were codified in 1888, and all amendments
thereto. "
On motion of Mr. Latrobe,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
Means to introduce a bill entitled "An Act making ap-
propriations for the support of the State government for
the fiscal year ending on the 30th day of September,
1901. "
Also,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
Means to introduce a bill entitled "An Act making ap-
propriations for the support of the State Government
for the fiscal year ending on the 30th day of September,
1902. "
Also,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
Means to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to appropriate
certain sums of money to the support of sundry schools
and charitable institutions in the State of Maryland, for
each of the fiscal years ending on the 30th day of Sep-
