On motion of Mr. Frenzel,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to regulate the hours
of labor of employees of the street railway companies in
the city of Cumberland. "

On motion of Mr. Duncan,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the
City Real Estate Company of Baltimore city. "

On motion of Mr. Robinson,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the
Baltimore County Water Company. "

The Secretary of the Senate appeared and delivered
the following message:

House bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the Fred-
erick Trust and Deposit Company. "

Endorsed: "Unfavorably reported by the Committee
on Corporations, and report adopted. "

Also,

House bill entitled "An Act to Incorporate the Trust
and Deposit Company. "

Endorsed: "Unfavorably reported by the Committee
on Corporations, and report adopted. "

House bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 44, 45,
and 48, of Article 25, of the Code of Public General Laws
of Maryland, title 'County Commissioners, ' sub-title
'Draining Lands, ' and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments. "
