Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to add three new sec-
tions to Article 12, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title 'Garrett County, " sub-title 'Jurors, ' providing for
the selection and drawing of jurors in said county. "
On motion of Mr. Martenet,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Claims to in-
troduce a bill entitled "An Act to pay the claim of Walter
C. Watson, due him for services rendered the State as
enrolling clerk. "

On motion of Mr. Waters,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to empower the State's
Attorney for Frederick county, upon order of the Circuit
Court for Frederick county to file a criminal information
and to regulate the proceedings thereunder. "
On motion of Mr. Feldmeyer,

Leave was granted to the Anne Arundel county dele-
gation to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal sec-
tion 5, of chapter 370, of the Acts of 1898. "
On motion of Mr. Robinson,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the
Chesapeake and Patuxent Oyster Company. "
On motion of Mr. Brown, of Frederick,

Leave was granted to the Montgomery county delega-
tion to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to enable the
registered qualified voters of each election district of Mont-
gomery county to determine by ballot whether spiritu-
ous or fermented liquors or cider shall be sold in said
county or in any election district or districts thereof. "
On motion of Mr. Ditty, «

Leave was granted to the Committee on Game and
Fish to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal and
re-enact with amendments, section 3 of Article 99 of the
Code of Public General Laws, title 'Wild Fowl, Birds and
Game, ' as amended by chapter 239 of the Acts of 1890. "
