confidence between man and man, and to discourage
honest trade and enterprise by making the same a mis-
demeanor, and providing a penalty for the violation there-
of and to add four additional sections to Article 27, of
the Code of Public General Laws, title 'Crimes and
Punishments, ' to come in after section — under the new
sub-title 'Commercial Corruptions, ' and to be known as
Sections 119 A, 119 B, 119 C and 119 D. ' "

Mr. Roberts, from Committee on Chesapeake Bay and
Its Tributaries, reported unfavorably,

House bill entitled "An Act to repeal chapter 582; of
the Acts of 1894, entitled 'An Act to permit fishing with
pound nets in the waters of the Chesapeake Bay from
a point 200 yards westward from the extreme north end
of Howell's Point, to the north end of the broad beach
at the mouth of the Little Pond Creek, and also to re-
peal sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 43, 44, 45, 90, 91, 92, 93, 94,
95, 96, 97, 98, 99, 100 and 101, of Article 39, of the Code
of Public General Laws, title 'Fish and Fisheries, ' and to
add certain new sections to said Article to follow sec-
tion, 12, to be designated as 'Sections 12 A, 12 B, 12 C, 12
D, 12 E, 12 F, 12 G, 12 H, 12 I, 12 J, 12 K, 12 L and
12 M. '

Which unfavorable report was adopted.

Mr. Lehmayer, from Judiciary Committee, reported
favorably, with request that same be sent to Committee
on Chesapeake Bay and Its Tributaries.

House bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 244, of
Article 27, of the Code of Public General Laws of Mary-
land, title 'Crimes and Punishment, ' sub-title 'Rivers, '
and to reenact, the same with amendments.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on
Chesapeake Bay and Its Tributaries.

Also, unfavorably,

House bill entitled "An Act to prohibit fighting and
so called glove contest and sparring matches in this
State. "

Which unfavorable report was adopted.

Also, favorably,
