Ordered, That Mr. Barrett Walker be paid the sum of
$50 for stenographic report of testimony taken before
the Investigating Committee.

LEAVES TO INTRODUCE BILLS.
On motion of Mr. Bennett,

Leave was granted to the Wicomico county delegation
to introduce a bill entitled "An Act to repeal and. re-en-
act with amendments sections 113, 114, 121, 122 and 123,
of Article 23, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title 'Wicomico County, ' sub-title 'Roads, ' and to
add five new sections thereto, and be designated '115 A,
115 B, and 123 A, 123 B, and 123 C, ' "
On motion of Mr. Norris, of Kent,
Leave was granted to the Carroll county delegation to
introduce a bill entitled "An Act to submit to the legal
qualified voters of the twelfth election district of Car-
