House bill entitled "An Act to provide for fixing license
and penalties for hucksters, hawkers, peddlers, dealers,
brokers or middlemen of unbaled hay, unbaled straw and
ear corn by the wagon load in Baltimore city. "
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

In line 18, after the word "of, " strike out "one hun-
dred dollars, " and insert $50. "

grossed for a third reading.

House bill entitled "An Act to sanction the bequest to
Liberty Methodist Protestant Church, and to the Trustees
of the Maryland Annual Conference of the Methodist
Protestant Church under the will of Elisha W. Andrews,
late of Caroline county, deceased. "

grossed for a third reading.

House bill entitled "An Act to ratify and confirm the
gift to the Convention of the Protestant Episcopal Church
in the Diocese of Easton, of a gift from Geo. R. Golds-
borough and Eleanor A. Goldsborough, of $2, 000 in trust
for; certain purposes, and a gift from Rev. Charles H.
Vandyne to said Convention of the Protestant Episcopal
Church in the Diocese of Easton for the Clergy Relief
Fund of $1, 000 on certain conditions. "

grossed for a third reading.

House bill No. 620, entitled "An Act to grant and de-
clare the sanction and consent of the General Assembly
of Maryland, to a sale and conveyance by J. Henry Ju-
dik and Lillie A. Judik, his wife, and Robert M. Jones
and Mary A. Jones, his wife, their heirs or assigns, to
'The Keen Memorial Methodist Protestant Church of Bal-
timore City, ' of a certain lot of ground in Baltimore city,
and to the holding of said lot by the said 'The Keen
Memorial Methodist Protestant Church of Baltimore
City, ' in fee simple, with full power to dispose of the
same. "
