lowing fees to wit: Por issuing each State writ 25 cents;
for summoning all the witnesses on both sides in any
case, 50 cents; for each trial, 1 dollar, for every commit-
ment, 25 cents; for every release, 25 cents; for any re-
cognizance in each case reported to the Circuit Court, in-
cluding witnesses, 25 cents; 'the fees for services of the
police justice of the peace of districts 3, 17, 21, 22, 24 and 25,
of said county shall be the same as herein allowed to justi-
ces of other districts, but shall be taxed, collected and ac-
counted for by him as in the preceding sections of this Act
provided. And any justice of the peace other than the
police justice of the peace in the districts 3, 17, 21, 22,
24 and 25, who shall issue a warrant of arrest for any
person charged with a violation of law shall be allowed
the sum of 10 cents for issuing said warrant, and all
other service he may render in said case, and the said
police justice shall be allowed the sum of 10 cents for all
services he may render in a civil suit.

Sec". 2. And be it enacted, That all Acts or parts of
Acts inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby
repealed, and that all appointments of constables f or any
one or all of the districts 3, 17, 21, 22, 24 and 25 hereto-
fore made, are hereby declared null and void, and this
Act shall take effect from the first day of May, 1902. "

dered to be engrossed for a third reading.

House bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 13, of Article 99, of the Code
of Public General Laws, title 'Wild Fowls Birds and
Game. ' and all other laws inconsistent with the provisions
of this Act, in so far as the they relate to the killing,
catching or having in possession birds and game in Queen
Anne's county. "

Which was read a second time and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading.

House bill entitled "An Act to give and declare the
sanction and consent of the General Assembly of Mary-
land to the devise and bequest contained in the will of
Anne R. Hanson, late of Baltimore city deceased, to the
Church of the Messiah, in Baltimore city. "

Which was read a second time and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading.
