House bill entitled "An Act granting and declaring the
sanction and confirmation of the General Assembly of
Maryland to the bequest made by and contained in the
last will and testament of John Coulter, late of Balti-
more county, deceased, and the codicil thereto, and also
to the bequest made by and contained in the last will and
testament and codicil thereto of Eliza Jane Coulter, late
of Baltimore county, deceased, and ratifying and con-
firming the said bequest in the will of said John Coulter,
to the Seminary at Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, which is
under the charge and control of the Reformed Presby-
terian Church of North America, and to the boards of
Foreign and Home Missions of Churches, and also to the
congregation established in Baltimore, Maryland, of the
said church. "
