NEGATIVE—None.

Said bill was then sent to the Senate.

The Secretary of the Senate appeared and delivered
the following message:

House bill entitled "An Act to authorize and empower
the Mayor and Council of Hagerstown to borrow the sum
of $5, 000 for drainage purposes. "

Endorsed: "Read the third time, and passed by yeas
and nays. "

Also,

House bill entitled "An Act to provide for the creation
of a franchise commission for Baltimore city, said provis-
ions to be a part of Article 4, Public Local Laws, sub-title
'Miscellaneous Local Laws, ' and to be numbered 'Sections
907, 908, 909, 910, 911, 912, 913, 914, 915, 916, 917, 918,
919, 920, 921, 922 and 923, ' to follow immediately after
section 906. "

Was considered, and

On motion recommitted to the Baltimore city delega-
tion.

On motion of Mr. Waters,
At 11. 30 A. M.,
The House adjourned until 8 P. M. Monday.

The House met at 8 P. M., and was opened with prayer
by the Rev. J. Earle Maloy.
