House bill entitled "An Act to authorize and empower
any person or firm who may have procured a license to
sell spirituous or fermented liquors in Carroll county
under chapter 6, of the Acts passed at the January session
of the General Assembly of 1894, to transfer and assign
such license to be used at the same place, to any person
who is eligible to procure a license under said chapter 6,
of the Acts of 1894. "
