Assembly of Maryland, in the year 1898, entitled 'An
Act to incorporate the Frederick, Thurmount and North-
ern Railway Company, and re-enact the same with
amendments, conferring enlarged and additional powers
and to change the name of said company to the 'Wash-
ington, Frederick and Gettysburg Railway Company. "
