At a County Court of adjournment held for the Rt: honoble Charles &ca: the
11th: day of December in the Xiiith: yeare of his Lordpps Domion &ca: ~ ~
Annog Domi 1688 before his Lordpps Justices thereunto appointed ~
and Authorized ( Vizt: ) -
Capt: David Browne mr: James Dashiell
Capt: John Winder mr: Robert King Comrs
prsent mr: Wm: Brereton mr: Roger Woolford

Whereas mr: Stephen Luff was appointed to audite all accounts and regulate the Damages
of the Action depending betwixt Allexander Thomas admr: &a: and Thomas Laramore &
To make report thereof to this Court
Now at this day (to witt) the Eleaventh day of December as aforesaid came the aforesaid ~
Stephen Luff and made this returne / November the 8th: 1688
I Doe finde and judge that Thomas Laramore ought to pay unto Allexander Thomas one thousand
pounds of Tobacco for Cost and damages &a: - Stephen Luff - -
which verdict being read was approved off by this Court and Ordered to be entred & Confirmed &a:

Ordered that William Stamore Bryan Sney and ffrancis Thomas be Sumoned to appeare
the next Court to answer to such things as shall be Objected against them &a: - - - - -

Came ffrancis Jenckins and made Appeare to this Court by vertue of a bill under the hand
and seale of Jenckins Morris late of this County deced that the said Jenckins Morris before
his decease became indebted to him the said ffrancis Jenckins in the just Sume of Three hundred
ffifty and one pounds of Tobacco as pr said bill here in Court produced doth appeare and whereas
The said ffrancis Jenckins Crave an Order for the said 351lb: Tobao: agt: The admr: of the said
Jenckins Morris aforesd: and the said ffrancis Jenckins haveing Sworne in Open Court that the
Said debt of 351lb: tobao: was due to him & that he never reced noe parte nor parcell thereof
It was then & there Ordered that Thomas Gordon admr: of the estate of the said Jenckins
Morris deced pay unto the aforesd: ffrancis Jenckins the Sume of Three hundred ffifty & one
pounds of Tobacco &a:

Came Daniell Haste and Cravd an Order aft: the estate of Jenckins Morris late of
this County deced for One hundred and Sixty pounds of porke which the said Morris owed him
As pr Accot: here in Court produced vizt:
To One gall of Rum at 40 lb porke
To 2 galls: of Rum at - 80 } 160lb of porke
To 1 gall. of Rum at - - - 40
Whereupon it was Ordered that Thomas Gordon admr: of the estate aforesd: pay unto Daniell
Haste one hundred & sixty pounds of porke &a: - - - - - - - - -

Came Nicholas ffountaine & George Laut & in Open Court did acknowledge themselves &
each of them to stand indebted unto the Rtt: honoble: the Lord propry: in the just and full Sume of Twenty
pounds Sterl: apce: to be Leavied on their goods & Chattles Lands & Tennements for the use aforesd
The Condicon being such that if Thomas Poole of this County be of the good behavior: &
Abearance toward all his Lordpps: good people and Especially towards Andrew Speer then
The Above Obligacon to be void Otherwise to remaine in force &a: - - - - - -
