Came John Winder & in open Court did owne himselfe to Stand indebted unto the Rt: honoble:
Charles Lord Baron of Baltemore in the full Sume of Twenty pounds Sterl; and John Kemp
did likewise owne himselfe to stand indebted unto the aforesaid Lord Baron of Baltemore
in the full Sume of fforty pounds Sterling to be leavyed on their goods & Chattles Lands &
Tennements for the use of the said Lord propry
The Condicon of the above Obligation is Such that if the Above bounden John Kemp
Shall & will make his personall appeareance at the next Court of adjournment to be
holden the Second Tuesday in December Next & in the interim to be of the good
behaviour & Abeareance towards all his Lordpps good people within this province that
Then the above Obligacon to be void otherwise to remaine in full force & power.
