The Lord propry: The 11th: day of September Anno 1688 Comrs: as aforesaid

Bryan Kellaughane for furnication on the body of Catherin Tully Servt: to Walter Lane
noe proofe made thereof Ordered that the said Bryan Kellaughane goe ffree & that -
Catherin Tully aforesaid for her Contempt in this Court have Tenn lashes well laid on
her bare back as alsoe that the sheriff of this County take the said Catherin Tully into his
Custody & her safe keepe untill she gave good & Sufficient Securitty as well for her good
behaviour as for the payment of all her ffees
upon which Came Walter Lane & in Open Court did enter himselfe Securitty as well for her
behavior: as aforesaid as for the payment of all her ffees &a: - - - - - -

Came John Heath who being bound to his behavior: enters his appearance this day &a:

The peticon of John Attkins Shewing how that Randall Revell and his wife deced stood
indebted to him in the sume of seaven hundred & sixty pounds of Tobao: for Worke don in
their house which said Sume of tobao: has been lately demanded of the admr: vizt: Randall
Revell Junr: who denyes payment of the same without An Order of Court upon which came
John West and declared in open Court that the said Revell was willing to pay the said Sume of
760lb: of Tobao: if an Order of Court would pass for the same Whereupon it was therefore
Ordered that the aforesaid Randall Revell pay unto the said John Attkins the said Sume of
Seaven hundred & Sixty pounds of Tobao: & Casque &a: -
The same Day Comrs: as aforesaid
Came Edmund Beauchamp & made Motion to this Court for the Cryers place which was
granted him &a: The same Day
The peticon of Thomas Tull desireing his fyne might be remitted but noe result made -

The peticon of Alce Hill widdowe Shewing how that one Amos Cooke deced stood indebted
to her as pr bill in the sume of Eleaven hundred and five pounds of Tobao: as alsoe that
The said Cooke Stood nore indebted to her as pr an Accot: and none haveing administred
your peticoner Cannot gett payment upon wch: was Ordered that William Jenckins who is
widdow administer on the estate
To be married to the aforesaid^ estate of Amos Cooke aforesaid and pay the said Alce Hill
