The aforesaid John Pope appearing & the Jurors: of that Jury likewise Came (to witt) Samuell

& Gidian Tillman who being elected treyed & Sworne to Say the truth in the premisses
Doe Say wee doe find for the Lord propry: which verdict was ordered to be entered
Upon which it was the same day that is to say the 11th: day of September as aforesaid =
Ordered by this Court that the sheriff of this County take the aforesaid John Pope into
his Custody & him safe keepe untill he give good and sufficient Securitties (that is to say)
the said John Pope in the penalty of Tenn pounds Sterling money of England & each of
his Securitties in penalty of five pound Sterling like money of England for the behavior: of
The said John Pope & abearance toward all his Lopps good people & that dureing ~
pleasure &a: The Same Day Comrs: as aforesaid
Came Jeane Draper & made motion to the Court for to have her Bond Cancelld & her Securittyes

Came Edward Wheeler and delivered up to this Court Catherin Chestny as being Securitty for

behaviour & desires to have his bond delivered him which was granted accordingly and the same

aforesaid Catherin Chestny into his Custody & her safe keepe untill shee give good & Sufficient

The peticon of Sarah Maclaughny desireing to be released of the Bonds of behaviour upon
which it was ordered that the said Sarah still Continue under the Bonds of behavior: as formerly

The peticon of James Berry Makeing appeare how that his Servant William Jenckinson hath abse
nted himselfe out of his Service 26 daies & 17 daies being his right bought from Capt:
Henry Smith which he absented himselfe from the said Smith in the time of his Servitude with
him as alsoe that he paid 400lb: of Tobao: for takeing up for which he Craveth an order of this
Court that the said Jenckinson might Serve according to Act of Assembly for the said time that
he run away as aforesaid as alsoe for the Tobacco paid for his takeing up Upon which it
was ordered that the said Wm: Jenckinso Serve the said James Berry duely & truely for the
Said Time that he Run away being 43 daies in all as alsoe for 400lb: of Tobao: paid for
his takeing up according to Act of Assembly in that case made & provided &a ~ ~

The peticon of William Wheatly shewing how that he had Letters of Administracon to
administer
on the estate of Jenckin Morris deced & that whereas Thomas Gordon haveing the said Estate
in his Custody could not Obtaine the same out of his hands without an Order of this Court
And whereas this Court finding that there was an Order formerly past that the said Gordon might
Administer on the Said Estate It was therefore Now Ordered that the same order by Confirmed
that the Said Gordon take a Coppy of the last Order & gett letters of Administracon &a
