It was Therefore Comanded that the sheriff of this County of Som^r:sett cause to come
here Twelve good & lawfull men of his Bayliwick by whome the Truth of the matter
might be the better Knowne Whereupon the 15^th: day of August as aforesaid the said
parties by their Attourneys as aforesaid & the Juro^rs: of that Jury likewise came
To witt James Weatherly ffrancis Joyce Robert Crouch Thomas Tyre John Richins Phillip
Ascue John parsons John Hambly Marmaduck Mister James Ingram Natha^ll: Vezey
& Isaac Noble who to Say the Truth in the Premisses being Elected Treyed & Sworne
upon their Oathes doe Say wee of the Jury doe find for the pl^t: which verdict was ordered
To be Entred & Thereupon ffind According to Law ~~with Cost~~ &^a -- the def^ts

William Baker for breach of Sabbath Noe Evidences nor proof comeing against him
Ordered he be Cleared paying his ffees &^a: ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
// The Same Day Com^rs: as afores^d:
Ordered That the bridge Over Mount hope branch Be mended & repaird by the Overseer
of that Hundred & that the same be don without delay Otherwise find according to Law
The same Day Com^rs: as aforesaid
Ordered That the bridge beyond m^r: William Breretons house being the next bridge
To his Said house That goes up to Wiccocomoco be mended & repaird by the Overseere
of That hundred & that it be don without delay Otherwise find according to Law
Court adjo^urned till tomorrow 9 of the Clock
At a County Court held for the R^tt: hono^ble: Charles &^a: the 16^th: day of August
& in the Xiii^th: yeare of his Lordpps Domion &^a: Annog Domy 1688

the def^t: could shew noe reason why execucon should not be awarded against him the
said def^t: Therefore Execucon is awarded as demanded & required by the pl^ts
