To be Entred & Thereupon ffind According to Law with Cost &a -- the defts

The Rtt: honoble: the Lord propry

William Baker for breach of Sabbath Noe Evidences nor proof comeing against him
Ordered he be Cleared paying his ffees &a: ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

Ordered That the bridge Over Mount hope branch Be mended & repaird by the Overseer
of that Hundred & that the same be don without delay Otherwise find according to Law

Ordered That the bridge beyond mr: William Breretons house being the next bridge
To his Said house That goes up to Wiccocomoco be mended & repaird by the Overseere
of That hundred & that it be don without delay Otherwise find according to Law

said deft: Therefore Execucon is awarded as demanded & required by the plts
