Comrs: as aforesaid
Came Roger Burkum who was Sworne Subsheriff of this County by Order of Court held this Day
The Rtt honoble the Lord propry: The Same Day Comrs: as aforesaid

Jno: Ellis Senr: & Eliza: his wife upon which his Lordpp Attourney did Crave a Continuance -
till next Court which was granted him // The same Day Comrs: as aforesd:
The peticon of Thomas Wilson read vizt: shewing
That whereas the publick road doth goe thorow the Cleare ground of your peticoner humbly -
peticoneth that your Worshipps would be pleased to grant an Order that the said Roade may be
Altered and your peticoner as in Duty bound will Pray upon which it was ordered that his request
Should be granted and that the said Roade be Altered as required

The peticon of James Ingram Shewing
That whereas the Constable of Wiccocomoco hundred Graves Jarrett hath charged him in the
List of Tythables with an Indian that belongs to Tondotank Towne therefore he beggs that the
Said Indian might not be charged in his family as haveing nothing to doe with him upon wch
It was then & there Ordered that the said Ingram be excempt from the said Indian & that he pay
