Christopher Snossall in an action of an accon of Assault &battery &c
And whereupon the plte by by Thomas Poole his Attorney Saith that he the said
Richard Jefferson by force of Armes as Swords Staves and Knives on him the said
Snossall on the twenty Sixe day of october last past he made an assault & him the Sd:
plte beate wounded wounded & Evill entreated that of his Life he did dispayre & other
harmes to him he Did to the great Damadge of the plte & Contrary to the peace and
Government of the Lord Prop:ry whereupon the plte Saith he is Damnified & hath
Damadge to the vallue of sixteene hundred pounds of Tobacco & thereupon brings this Sute
