holy Evangelists to the ballance of his acc^ot & humbly prayes an Attachment : / :
And thereupon this Co^rt: ord^rs: an Attachment for Two hundred thirty Seaven pounds of Porke &
one Third part more for Charges expense in y Said Suite on the Goods Chattles Debts & Creditts of
William Cheeseman to answ^r unto the said Robert Glessell in an accon of the Case The Said Glessell

And whereupon the plte by his Attorney James Langster Complaineth that on the eight day of
June in the year of o^r: Lord 1680 the def^t became indebted unto y plte y Just Summe of
Three pounds nine Shillings & eleaven pence Sterl: money as the ballance of an acc^ot
of five pounds Two Shillings & eleaven pence as will appear by the said Accompt
here in Co^rt: produced w^ch: said Ballance the plte the plte hath often required of y
Said def^t but hath beene hitherto denyed the paym^t thereof & yet doth deny to the
plts great Losse & damage to y Sume of Six pounds nineteene Shillings & Ten pence
of Like Sterling money & hereupon brings this Sute Jn^o Doe

due to him from y def^t L^t: Coll^o John West three pound nine Shillings & eleaven pence & humbly
Craved an attachm^t. Whereupon this Co^rt ord^rs an attachm^t on the goods Chattles debts & Creditts of
L^t. Coll^o. John West to y vallue of 3^Ł 9^S 11^D Sterl. & one third part more towards y pltes Charges expen^c
in & about y said Sute (plte giving Securitie according to Act) to answ^runto y plte in his Said accon of Accompt
