to Richard Tull of this County wch was made appeare before the Cort: ordrd that y said John be free & yt Richard

of James Russe lately drowned in Pocomoke river then in the Custody of mr: Edmund Howard Shoulld
be appraysed byTwo Sworne appraysers: vizt Walter Powell & Richard Warren & out of y same there
be paid unto mr: Thomas Newbold or his order Two hundred & fifty pounds of tobacco Coroners fees
for Sitting on the Corps of y said Russ &c This day ySaid appraysers made there returns in manner
