^t Henry in the Summe of one Thousand three hundred seaventy and three pounds of Tobacco and Cask
as pr acc^ot here in Co^rt produced more plainely will appear but the Said John fraudulently intending
refuseth to pay the aforeSaid Summe of 1373^lb tobacco & Cask allthough thereunto hath Severall times
bin demanded whereby the said Henry is Damnified and hath Damadge to the vallue of Two
Thousand Six hundred pounds of Tobacco & thereupon brings his Sute - pro quer: Edward Jones

And the same day to wit the 8^th day of ffebruary Annoq Do^m 1675 came John Jenckins in his proper
Person and then & there did Confess Judgement for the Said one Thousand Three hundred seaventy
three pounds of Tobacco with Caske being due from him to the said plaintiff Henry Smith. And
thereupon this Co^rt: ord^er that the def^t: John Jenckins pay unto the said plte Henry Smith or his
order one Thousand Three hundred Seaventy and three pounds of good Sound tobacco in Caske with
Cost of Sute alias execucon ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
