36	Sommersett Ss  John Marcum was attached to Answer the suite of

				  Phillip Wrisdon in an Accon of Trespas upon the Case

		And the said Phillip by his Attourney Henry Smith saith That

		the said John is Indebted unto the said Phillip the summe of

		one hundred and five pounds of tobacco and Caske as pr his Accot:

		here in Cort: produced more plainely will appeare But the Sd:

Intrat agt: Janr:	John fraudulently intending refuseth to pay the aforesaid summe

   Cort: 1674	of 105lb: tob: & Caske allthough thereunto hath severall times bin

		Demanded whereby the said Phillip is Damnified and hath

		Dammadge to the vallue of 300lb: tob: & Caske and thereupon

		brings his suite ; / ;   ~         ~         ~           ~         ~          ~          ~

						pro quer Henry Smith

		Sommersett Ss  John Dorman planter was Attached to answer y Suite of

				  Allexander King in an Accon of Trespas upon the Case

		And the said Allexander by his Attourney Henry Smith saith

		That the said John Standeth indebted unto the said Allexander the

		summe of Two hundred & fifty pounds of Tobacco & Caske as pr

		his accot: here in Cort: produced more plainely will appeare but

		the said John fraudulently intending refuseth to pay the aforesd:

		summe of 250lb: tob: & Caske whereby the said Allexander is

		Damnified & hath Dammadge to the vallue of 500lb: tobacco & Caske
