35 Sommersett Ss William Gullick and Susanna his wife Alias Susanna
Mills was summoned to answer unto David Browne
in A plea of Debt &c ; / ; ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
And whereupon the said David by his Attourney Edward Jones
saith That the said Susanna Mills the now wife of William
Gulleck became indebted unto him the said David her freedome
right for fifty Acres of Land which she the said Susanna did
Assume unto herselfe and promise to make good unto him the said
David upon Demand; as by A Certaine writing (here in Cort: produced
more plainely will appeare) signed with the hand and Sealed with
the seale of her the said Susanna bearing Date the 17th: day of
october Annoq Domini 1674 But she the said Susanna being now
the wife of William Gullick fraudulently intending to Deceive
him the said David of y said right for 50 acres of Land Denyeth
and Still doth to prove and make good the same for the use of
him the said David The plaintiffe saith he is Damnified &
hath Dammadge to the vallue of ffoure hundred
pounds of good sound marchantable tobacco in Caske And
thereupon brings his Suite &c ; / ; ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
