		And the said William by his Attourney Henry Smith saith That

		the sd: John hath Invested himselfe with severall parcells of goods to

		y vallue of seaventeene hundred & seaventy pounds of tobacco & Caske

		as pr an accot: here produced in Cort: more plainely will appeare, And

Intrat agt:Janr:	hath fraudulently Converted all or part of y goods unto his owne

  Cort: 1674	use & refuseth to make satisfaccon for y sd: goods or to returne them

		in kinde Allthough thereunto hath Severall times bin demanded

		whereby the said William is Damnified & hath Damadge to y vallue

		of Three Thousand pounds of tobacco & Caske & thereupon brings

		And the said Henry for himselfe saith That the said John became

		Indebted unto y said Henry sixteene good sufficient Indian

		Drest Deare Skins but the said John fraudulently intending refuseth

		to pay the aforesaid 16 Deare Skins allthough thereunto hath severall

		times bin demanded whereby the sd: Henry is Damnified &

		hath Dammadge to y vallue of one Thousand pounds of Tobacco
