		said Richard is indebted unto the said William the summe of

		produced more plainely may appeare but the said Richard

		fraudulently intending refuseth to pay the aforesaid summe of

		the said William in his reputacon did fraudulently report yt

		Disgrace of the said William his Credit & reputacon it being

		alltogether false whereby the said William is Damnified & hath

		Dammadge to y vallue of Three thousand pounds of Tobacco &
