		And the said Henry for himselfe saith That in the yeare 1673 the sd:

		John Did imploye the sd: Henry as his attourney in this Cort: & did Assume

Intrat agt:	by promise to pay unto y sd: Henry the summe of Two hundred pounds of

 Janr: Cort:	tobacco & Caske but the said John fraudulently intending refuseth to pay

    1674		the aforesaid summe of 200lb: tob: & Caske although thereunto hath bin

		severall times Demanded whereby the sd: Henry is Damnified & hath Damage

		to y vallue of 500lb: tob: & Caske & thereupon brings his Suite ; / ;   ~         ~

		And the said Thomas by his Attourney Henry Smith Saith That y sd:

		Tymothy became indebted unto the sd: Thomas The Summe of Twelve

		hundred pounds of Tob: & Caske for severall summes of tobacco That y

		Sd: Thomas Did pass for and paid unto Severall people for the said

		Tymothy as pr accot: here in Cort: produced more plainely will appeare

		but the sd: Tymothy fraudulently intending refuseth to pay the aforesd:

		summe of 1200lb: of tobacco & Caske whereby the said Thomas is Damnified

		& hath Dammadge to y vallue of 2400lb: tob: & Caske & thereupon brings his
