18	Sommersett Ss  Edward Southerne was attached to answer the Suite of

				  Thomas Jarrett in an accon of Trespas upon the Case ; / ;

		And the said Thomas by his Attourney Henry Smith saith That the

		said Edward Did Assume unto himselfe to make over unto y sd: Thomas

		by allienacon A parcell of Land by estimacon foure hundred & fifty

Intrat agt:Janr:Cort:Acres Lyeing & being on the south side of Cotemortaro river Called

        1674	Hoggesdon by the last day of october in y yeare 1673 but the said

		Edward fraudulently intending refuseth to make over the said Land of

		450 Acres of Land According to Contract allthough thereunto hath bin

		severall times Demanded whereby the sd: Thomas is Damnified &

		hath Dammadge to y vallue of Three Thousand pounds of tobacco

		& Caske and thereupon brings his Suite ; / ;   ~       ~        ~       ~        ~

		Sommersett Ss  Samuell Jackson was attached to Answer y Suite of

				  Henry Smith in an accon of Trespas upon the Case

		And the said Henry for himselfe saith That the sd: Samuell Standeth

		in Debt unto the sd: Henry the summe of Two hundred twenty &

		five pounds of tobacco & Caske as pr his accot: here produced in

		Cort: more plainely will appeare but the said Samuell fraudulently

		intending refuseth to pay the Aforesaid summe of 225lb: tob & Caske

		allthough severall times hath bin thereunto Demanded whereby

		the said Henry is Damnified and hath Dammadge to y vallue of

		500lb: tob: & Caske & thereupon brings his Suite ; / ;   ~     ~      ~      ~
