15	Sommersett Ss   John Golldsmith Declareth against mr: George

				   Johnson Justice of the peace for the foresaid

				   County in A plea of Trespas upon the Case

		And the said John by his Attourney Henry Smith saith that

		when the said George was surveyor for the said County of

		Sommersett the said John Imployed him to survey one

		hundred and fifty Acres of Land Lyeing at the head of Manoakin

		River  But the said George fraudulently intending hath

		solld part of y said Land unto Thomas Manlove whereby the

Intrat agt:	said John is unjustly Detained from his Land not withstanding

Janr: Cort:	he hath paid the said George his ffees as alsoe the rent of y

  1674		said Land these severall yeares whereby the said John is Damnified

		and hath Dammadge to y vallue of Three Thousand pounds

		of tobacco and Caske and thereupon brings his Suite ; / ;
